Great spot to stay for a couple days right on the river. There is a bit of a drop off in the road as you leave the two track path and enter the beach area. We didn’t have a problem with our van and there were several large class C rigs that made it also. The beach is mostly hard packed sand and rock so we did fine with RWD. Might be a problem for a small car though. Full bars Verizon cell service. The only negative is a bit of road noise from trucks on the bridge.
Road in is just past the guard rail, fairly flat, slightly bumpy road in, but very easy to traverse. Lots of fire rings and places to camp, maybe 7 or 8 rigs here with us on a Monday night. Lots of road noise. Full bars of service.
