This is one of many sites along the road. Others have better views, but this sees less traffic and is closest to the overlook which has fantastic sunsets.

Road gets bumpy the further up your go but fine for 2wd. Popular area so don’t expect a spot coming in over a weekend. Much quieter during the week. Lots of trails nearby.
