It’s I40 and it’s still a great option. Water spigots still on, cell service is good, and the views aren’t to shabby for a rest area.

Bathroom, vending machines, picnic tables, and water spigots! A nice area to sit for a while or stay the night. Accessible from I-17 westbound.
