This area is a huge dry lakebed on BLM land. Tons of room to camp for any size rig or with a group. Although there is zero shade and it's pretty windy. Overall a nice option close to Joshua Tree

Huge pretty area. Minus one star for the rednecks with off road and guns.

Stayed here for 4 days with a group of people. Wind was wild a one of the days but mostly great weather. A little colder at nights in the valley then surrounding areas. Some places to explore around and quick assess to Joshua Tree NP
