This is a great spot! Agree with the previous reviews below...just be respectful, quiet and don’t leave any mess. There are trash bins around the outside of the parking area. Beautiful views with JETS flying over, hang gliders and a couple options to hike down to the nude beach. It was no hassle parking here overnight despite the signs. LOVED IT.

A little dirty, and couldn’t find a toilet nearby, but overall a great spot to stay.

Technically can’t park but if you’re quiet and respectful it can be a wonderful little lot to wake up in.

So glad to see this as an option to park! Stayed 3 nights , no issues. At least 20 other vans/RV’s.. low clearance friendly. Dirt road. Enjoy the hike down to the beach.. worth the hike. Beautiful views of the sunset/ ocean. Some noice depends on who is around. Seems like a local spot also

I love this place, perfect for overnight, great view of La Jolla.

I am not sure why this is flagged as closed, I have stayed overnight here a few times over the past 4 weeks with no issues at all. It is posted not to stay overnight, but keep contained and to yourself and should be okay. Of course if you get a knock then be prepared to leave. Follow the dirt road out to the end where there is a large parking lot overlooking the beach and ocean. Can be noisy on Friday/Saturday nights as many youngsters come here and party / blast their music and what not, but in my experience they all take off around 10pm, and it's all quiet the rest of the night. Generally quiet thru the day, other than cars coming and going. There are no amenities, just a parking lot. It's large enough that you can space out amongst the other rv's and vans. It's at a little bit of a slope, but there are many spots that are pretty level. Views are great, Sunset is really nice. Pretty good cell signal. I can turn my Hotspot and get internet things done with no issue.

Police swept at midnight with sirens and spotlights. Don’t stay here.
