Parking along the Navy Base fence. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly people and a beautiful beach with the La Janelle shipwreck. There is a restroom a mile away at the Channel Islands Beach parking lot. We did our nighttime chores before arriving and slept very well. Dogs allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm.
