Nice spot with little bit of traffic sound. Road is a bit rocky. We were able to make it to the spot with tesla and a travel trailer by going 2mph but its a short drive.

Great stealthy spot on a utility gravel / dirt road. Stayed there 2 nights in a row. Traffic calms down at night and picks up at the morning commute time. The road has signs that it has gas lines running underneath. I parked right before the X road crossing at the little pullout. I was able to turn around on the morning in a little Honda Element - in a bigger vehicle you might need to drive in more a bit to a bigger turnout. Weak Verizon service but weboost made it ok. No services, obv. Please it clean and keep it a good overnight parking spot. Tahoe has overnight parking restrictions literally everywhere so this spot is much needed. Just 4 min drive from the main Lake Tahoe road - and from North Beach Park (small so get there before 10am as it fills up) which is free to park in, unlike Kings Beach which is $10 to park and access the gorgeous crystal clean lake. Bliss. (Including pics of the beach park - perfect launching spot)
