We stayed here one night and have friends that have stayed here often. Pay attention to the signs. Each side has certain days you’re allowed to park overnight. I think the point in this is to keep people moving and not LIVING parked in the same spot for long periods of time. It also says two hour parking during certain times (past 5am) and we panicked at 7am and moved it to the street but our friend stayed and he was fine no hassle. Maybe they aren’t patrolling it currently. The trains going by from time to time are pretty loud so not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

No problem, other than plows and trains. Parking in front of the condos seems to be an acceptable norm..
