It’s called Shoup Park with the Woodland Hills Recreation center. Free WiFi.. have to get close to the buildings for a good signal. Bathrooms were open. Parking is fairly quiet.

Sign says no overnight parking. It’s very bright and there are several homeless camps across the street.
