They're tearing this place down so probably not the best spot but there's a gym next door so it might pass

Large Parking, at night is quiet if you looking for a place to stay. Across the main road there are many stores, Safeway, Dunking Donuts, Gas Station, Autoparts, countless others. Phone/Cell is great, and Xfinity Wifi available. Also large trash containers are around to dump personal trash. Overall good place to hang around for a bit if you need to.
