The road around the lake was closed as of fall 2021, so there were just a couple of pull offs close to the road for camping. The road is busy with side by sides during hunting season. This is still a great day use area if you're looking to hike, fish, or SUP. The water stays pretty cold all summer though. There are more secluded dispersed areas nearby and there's a large established campground at Deep Lake further up the road.
