Just your basic Walmart / strip mall parking lot. But it is huge so you can find a place to yourself, and there are trees you can park under for shade. There is xfinitywifi if you have a login. And 3 bars of LTE on both Verizon and T-Mobile. There were several other vanners parked here too. Wasn’t bothered at all.

Only available for parking during the summer, not during the winter. Make sure to check with Walmart managers!
I did park there for a few nights with several other vans. Sign says “overnight parking prohibited during snow removal”. Maybe they only have issue when it snows?
