Sign says no overnight, but as long as you’re quiet and not out and about you’ll be ignored by police. Parking fees in the daytime are cheap AF 9$ for basically all day. Free parking at night. Highly recommend this spot. Debated writing this bc I don’t want it be ruined so please if you park here be respectful.

Stayed on a sunday night. Bathrooms and showers here. Lots of noice until 12am. A couple of people brushed against the van overnight which cause a bit of worry on our part. Considering how close to the beach this lot is it kinda made up for the disruptions. Woke up around 7 am to walk dog and saw 2 polices officers patrolling. Said hi and went on there way. Amazing kid park also... FREE ONLY FROM 6pm-8am

We stayed here one Sunday evening with a handful of other vans so it felt like a good spot. It turned out to be a great place to wake up, but not a great place to fall asleep. Lots of people until very late. Loud people and blasting music. Cops were called on one group of guys waving around toy guns and trying to be cool. Not cool. Other than that—stones throw to the water, restrooms (closed at night), showers to rinse off outside, playground, boardwalk to skate down, grassy fields and wag bag stands. White sandy beach and crystal clear water.

It says to pay however after reading the reviews we gave it a shot without paying. Had no problems, the cops won’t care unless you are disruptive

FREE OVERNIGHT  BEACH PARKING LOT RIGHT BEHIND THE LIBRARY I have been doing vanlife in Miami-Dade and Broward County for the past 3 months and have stayed at this parking lot at least 30 times and this is by far my favorite spot to sleep at (and to wake up early to watch the sunrise). • Parking is free from 6pm untill 8am. • About 500ft from the beach, very quiet most nights. • There's always plenty of spots available here in the evening. • Restrooms are open during daylight. •  Bottle fill up station and Beach shower available 24/7. • 2 blocks from a music venue • Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, Moises Bakery is my favorite in the area. • Children's Playground right by the parking lot. Just make sure to pick up after yourself, don't be loud and be respectful of others, so we all can keep coming back to this awsome spot.
