Great spot. Reservations required via recreation.gov. Did not end up staying because there were many downed trees from the previous day’s wind storm and still considerable fire danger. Would be a good place if you need extra amenities.

Awesome campground near Sandpoint! We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was the most peaceful place we’ve camped in awhile (tho it is still early in the season). Had to maneuver a bit to get our 28’ Airstream into a spot, so be sure to check online for the length restrictions. All reservations are made online too. Clean bathrooms, super clean campground. And the friendliest campground hosts! Highly recommend.
