Great campground, right next to the beautiful Redfish Lake! Campsites are spacious and maintained well. A day-use beach area separates the campground from the lake, but it was still close enough to comfortably carry my paddleboard down from our campsite. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, but a designated off-leash dog beach is only a couple more minutes down shore. On the other side of the dog beach is the Redfish Lodge, where three restaurants and a general store provide entertainment and resources. Rent a boat from the marina or kick back at the outdoor grill and see some live music. Almost no cell signal at all in the area, so it did really feel like a gem in the middle of nowhere.
