This place is sweet! Police approved parking lot of the Outdoor center, mountain bike shop. Free WiFi if you sit near the building. Free hot showers when it's open. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday's, and closed for the season as of 10/10/21 but free camping still permitted. There's a dumpster, a porta potty outside, and a water spicket on the side of the building. ATT 2-3 bars LTE. BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE LAKE!! Amazing area in the fall!! Pics attached

Free hot showers, plenty of space in the gravel lot to park, open-access dumpsters nearby, and great cell service. There are a few trails nearby to discover as well.
