We visited at the end of July and found this location to be adequate. Some trucks driving by at night can make some noise. The two porta-potties were not clean and we opted to go elsewhere to go to the bathroom. The cell service for ATT and fine (3 bars) I would NOT stay here again unless there were no other options.
