When looking online Michigan state parks seem to be on the cheaper side but then they slap you with an $8 online booking fee, plus you have to pay $9 a day to get into the park even though you paid for a campsite. So a $22 campsite ends up being $39 for a single night. The bathrooms and showers are clean and nice.
