Free up to 14 days. Decent Verizon service, even able to stream. Potable water but I recommend filtering it for drinking. Bathrooms with flush toilets and sinks - one in the campground, one at the road, and one at the top of the hill. Water fountains, spigot for filling jugs. No electric/hookups. Lots of shade, enough sunny spots for solar panels. 3 sites have tent pads with gravel and railroad ties. Other sites are mostly pull through but I’ve see people with larger rigs say they’re hard to get through most because of low branches. Trail from campground to top of hill (one of the highest points in MS). Didn’t hike the whole trail but it seemed well maintained. French Camp is a neat historic town to see, not too far south on the Trace. Gas station nearby (about 3 miles). Eupora is the closest town with nicer gas stations, shopping, and food. If you want bigger town shopping and things to do, Starkville is about 40 minute drive. Decent laundromats and a nice dog park there so on a longer stay at Jeff Busby I’ll take a day trip to Starkville for laundry, Walmart, and letting my dog play off-leash. Jeff Busby is a regular stop for me on the Trace, one of the nicer free/cheap spots I’ve stayed. Nicer than primitive at an AL State Park I paid too much for once.
