This place is now called Virgin River. The dirt lot is blocked off. I spoke with security and they told me as long as you fit in the parking space you take (there are big spots for RVs), they have no problem. It did get loud into the night as it is a big OHV area nearby and people were coming and going at all hours in their vehicles.

You can park at the casino, but just behind the parking lot is a huge graded dirt/gravel lot where some RVs are parked but is mostly quiet and empty. Nobody cares that you’re there and you can stay many nights. Right by the casino for bathroom/cheap food.
