Off of road 376 there is some tremendous camping on top of the ridge overlooking the valley below. I got out and walked around before finding a spot that had a smoother access road and chill spot. This is a great spot to hang out a couple of weekdays all by your self. In the summer weekends it can be a bit crowded up here.
I was so grateful for the reviews on this place and based on them, we decided to check it out. Being my very first BLM site to camp in, it exceeded our expectations. The campsites are obvious and most had fire pits made from surrounding rocks. No bathrooms of course because it’s true BLM land, but had Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It was clean with no notable rubbish. You can drive there in a two wheel or all wheel drive- you do not need a 4 x 4. But you do need to drive slow as there are potholes!

Lots of sites like everyone is saying. However an unusual amount of trash around that I picked up. Old propane cans, diapers, but mostly smaller trash. Easily cleaned up. Ended up camping further down the road to have signal, as I didn’t have any down this road. But I have a prepaid service through mint mobile, so I have worse range than others I imagine.
