I stayed here in my small Promaster van late May 2021. The campground is up a steep gravel road, which was fine to drive up with 2 wheel drive. There was absolutely no cell reception with Verizon at the campground and the drive in to Soda Pocket. That is my reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The end loop of Soda Pocket had some extraordinary sites with amazing views over the canyon and the mountains. It was extremely windy when I was there and the next morning I woke up in complete fog. Soda Pocket has a gate at the entrance that is open during the day but locked during the night. When you book you get a code so you can go in and out. Cleanest vault toilet I have ever seen. Trash cans and alu recycling.
