There are spots higher up that require 4x4 but plenty of reachable spots without. Epic views and great service. Road in was pretty easy.

Handful of spots within 1 mile of the highway, all looked easy to get to with a 2WD vehicle. Apparently you can get a great view of you want to brave the gnarly 4x4 roads to the top of the hill. Didn't try it though. Good cell service and not much noise.
