There's a restroom. Quite and safe.

Limited parking around the spot but there are some spaces you can pull over and stay the night. Actually found this spot while trying to find a shore power plug up location. There was a power box in some bosses that allowed me to plug in a few night when I was running low. Power isn't always on though. Some beautiful trees here, a park, and a little walk to see a overview of sowe of Portland.

The only overnight parking is on Woolsey and it’s loud. Lots of traffic. Don’t recommend this spot. There are quieter places in town.
