So... no smokehouse. Just an empty lot with a white orange striped building in it with some rigs parked by. There is a taco stand that makes super good tacos but the close at 7 I believe. Parked once overnight. No knocks. Road traffic picks up at 7am. So you'll probably be waking up then too. A nice place to park before the National Park.

Smokehous is up the road. This is a little sketchy. Better to park in the national park or just up the road at the rv park.
