Is now houses

This probably used to be a great spot, but it’s being developed for residential houses now and you can’t even get up there now unfortunately.

I think the other two reviewers are in the wrong spot. There is plenty of free camping along this road, just beyond the water tower area. Several mountain bike/hiking trails start in a parking lot nearby (Precipice was the one I rode recently). There is new housing development, but it doesn't appear to impact the road/up above the pavement into the dirt roads/hills.
