Water fountains available, but padlock on spigot

Edit: I recently ran into a Moab old timer they said I should check with the info booth to see if the spring is safe. In case y'all don't know, all the dozers as you leave on 191 are from a uranium dig site and the dust blows EVERYWHERE. I guess if you stay long enough for that to happen, Matrimony Spring ain't shit. Anyway, drink from it and you will never leave Moab for good--it will have you dead or alive!
