NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING! This lot is reserved for overnight parking but you cannot be sleeping in your vehicle. Like the previous review, the security guard was very kind about it and explained they saw me on camera returning to my vehicle for the night. He told me I just needed to move to the other side of the sidewalk (the street just south of the dog park) because that was outside their city limits and no one would bother me there.

This is one of three parking lots in the Cap Sante Marina area (the other two are on the map as well). This is the only gravel one, and while the other two have 72-hour and 10-day parking signs, this one has no parking limit signs except for one that says no RVs or trailers (pictured). But as you can see in the picture, there were a couple other van-dweller vans there. Right next to the lot is a cluster of food stands: one for tacos, one for coffee, one for dumplings, and one for all American food (hotdogs, chili, and the like)!

Beautiful area, the parking signs say either 10 days or 72 hour parking. They don't allow overnight parking in any of the Marina property. You can park on the side street next to the dog park. The security guard (nice fellow) showed me where to park. They drive by to make sure you're ok during the night and the police are sweet as pie. I felt safe.
