Stayed here an evening and morning...perfectly quiet place to sleep and there’s a dry grass area where vans were parked. I could see people hanging out here with no issues. Signs do say 8 hours but we were here for 12 with no issues. There’s restrooms and I saw some small trash cans and a water drinking fountain. Large dumpster was locked.

Parked away from the bathrooms. It felt reasonably safe and quiet despite some people shuffling around and talking at night near the van.

Great place to stop for the night. Highway traffic wasn’t bad at all. No one bothered us for the 12+ hours we were there👍

Quiet rest stop, far enough from the road that the traffic isn’t bad. Lots of other rigs parked when I was there made it a little harder to find spots but there is a large dirt area where people were parked. 3 small buildings with individual restrooms. All the trash cans were overflowing.
