Very large Walmart/Sams Club parking lot with lights, security and a police tower. Some street noise but pretty quiet at night. Open 7-11 with overnight parking allowed. A few other RVs were there as well. There is a Planet Fitness across the street and good wifi at Starbucks and McDonalds nearby. Technically there's wifi at Walmart but I couldn't get it to work in the parking lot.
