One of the many pull offs on Forest Rd 525 just outside of Sedona. Absolutely beautiful views of the mountains and red rocks. Fire pits at most sites. Road is rough and bumpy but 2 wheel drive with AT tires will get you there without a problem. Many other regular cars driving as well so most should be fine.

Spent two nights out here (2 different campsites) in December and absolutely loved the views and proximity to town. This will definitely be a go to spot for me when in Arizona.
It’s definitely worth continuing to drive 20-30 minutes down 525 to get away from the crowds. Just keep driving and you’ll find something! This road is filled with really gorgeous views and lovely sites. Make sure to leave no trace so this area stays as awesome as it is!
