This is one of the nicest KOA resorts, but depends what you are looking for. It’s pricey, but you do get a nice “resort” experience out of it. The pool, hot tubs, and facilities (on site cafe, dog park, etc) are all very new and well kept. The grounds are cute- many trees and nice cabins creating a pocket village. If you come during the week or off season, it’s less expensive, less busy, more quiet. Notes: the cheapest economy gravel sites are located next to the main entrance before the office. As a solo traveler, I felt more secure upgrading to a back-in site further inside. Next, if you are used to certain KOA amenities they might not be here. No free coffee/pastries in the morning (just the cafe offerings), and found it different that the electric hookups didn’t have a 15amp plug in, which is actually all I have (I know I am a specific case but usually campgrounds have both 30 amp and 15 amp at each site). I bought an adapter for $2.99 at the store. Great stay overall.
