Street parking off Carmel road. Short walk to Torrey Pines State Park, pretty views and short walk to a coffee shop and pizza joint with good bathrooms! Only negative is it’s by train tracks, train went by every few hours during the day and a couple times at night. We weren’t bothered at all! But heads up it fills up during the day with people going to the state park.
