Campground, RV park and motel. Small and spots are close to each other but everyone was so quiet. It's near a little river and some spots have a view on it, really lovely. They have showers and laundry. Pool was closed because of covid. I rarely stay at campgrounds but this was a good spot to shower, fill the water tank and do laundry on the way to Lake Havasu.
