This parking areas is nice and quiet during evenings outside the sounds you hear from the Dever Zoo next door. I've stayed on several occasions here for a night with no trouble at all. The park is really big. So plenty of space to walk around, play with your dog, & take in the sights. Very large green spaces. For being in a the city it feels a little bit of a escape. This parking area is right next to two ponds one of which you can rent paddle boats (not in winter). There are bathrooms throughout the park but at this specific location but there are four five really large trash bins.
