Pretty spot for the day! Cops knocked on my door at 11pm though asking me to leave.

Nice spot, dark the van and schoolies arrive. Paved trail along creek, trail to downtown, beautiful scenery, Road noise from I70, Hiking trail other side of freeway.

Pulled in late around 10:30 in the middle of a good snow storm on our way up towards steamboat. Parking lot was full but we found a spot at the end. Windy but I don't know if it's always like that. It wasn't TOO bad tho. Would definitely stay here again when we need a place to crash for a night.

They have added a "no camping" sign to the lot. Based on reviews from other places it sounds like the cops periodically kick people out. I guess use at your own risk.

Town of Frisco has a “no sleeping in your vehicle” ordinance. Cops now patrol regularly.

overnight parking allowed. 24-hour limit no camping. Right off the highway has picnic tables, a porta potty, small trail along river, and near a trailhead. Apparently this town has a no sleep in car ordinance so I'm not sure if you would be able to stay overnight even though the signs say it. Might be worth trying 🤷🏼‍♂️
