This was a great site. A short half mile walk down a wooded path leads to a spectacular beach that for the most part was empty. There were a couple of tenters on the beach but that was all. The beach is about 1000 ft long and has a great view of the pond. While the water was brisk in the morning in early September, it didn't stop my wife from taking a dip. We only stayed one night due to our schedule but we would have stayed longer if we could. The parking lot wasn't full and there are spots for about a dozen cars, you could easily park on the side of the road leading to the parking lot if the lot was full. Everyone was quiet so it was very easy to fall asleep. The single vault toilet was clean but lacked toilet paper and hand sanitizer, remember to bring your own.
