A hidden gem, much cooler than surrounding desert. Pine forest, great hikes, deer and birds abounding. Well maintained sites that were clean and spacious with great above ground fire pits. 3 bars of Verizon with signal booster, enough to stream.

Great camping at elevation to keep you cool in the summer months!! Anytime Las Vegas creeps up over 80 degrees we head up here to camp instead. Beautiful mountain views and easy access to hiking and rock climbing!
