It's really more like 12-15 spots with tables/camping pads, plus some large pullouts you could park your van in if you didn't need a site. Well maintained, dirt road was smooth and easy. 10 minutes from most of town. Pit toilets at each end plus one in the middle. Road goes about 10 minutes back with sites all along it. Did have some 4x4 vehicles blasting down the road at like 4/5am to go play on the ridges, unsure if this is a regular issue. All sites are very private and spread out, nice tree coverage mixed in. We got in about 6:30pm on a Wednesday and about 85% of sites were taken, end of September.

About 5 miles from Interstate. Easy drive with any kind of car. About 10 spots, pit toliet. I pulled in at night and left late in the morning. No problems, nice spot.

Very nice spots super close to the highway. Only 8 available spots. I got there super late and still got a site, people came after me and didn’t leave so I assume they also got a spot (in May). Site have picnic tables, grills, and fire rings. Note, the further down you get the farther away you’ll be from the pit toilet! A few hiking trails are nearby as well and the creek is super nice to have running behind the campsites!

Nice place, short drive from winnemucca along nicely grated diet road. I got the last spot on a Sunday night. The view of the stars at night was spectacular and in the morning I was greeted by sunrise over a snowy peak and gurgling brook. Unfortunately I only had one bar of cell service that kept cutting out so I had to roll out pretty early.

3 night limit, cell signal drops off the farther back in the canyon you go, garbage service and picnic benches and some shelters. Hiking trail heads start in the canyon. Surprisingly there’s aspen woods and a disc golf course.
