This rest area is off the highway and the trucks have a separate area, so this rest area is very quiet. It also wasn't heavily trafficked and there were never more than a few cars, even when I woke up in the morning. The bathrooms were fine and they did have several vending machines. The cell signal was strong enough that I could use my phone as a hotspot and use the internet on my computer. **The eastbound rest area at the Pennsylvania Welcome Center had signs everywhere that said three hour parking so I turned around and came back here. I had no issues staying here overnight.**
