This parking lot for the library and Birdseye Park appears to be free and does not say no overnight parking unlike the other lots in town. It's tucked away and felt pretty easy for an overnight stay. Walking distance to the main strip, and the waterfront/park is very nice. We also were able to easily connect to the library WiFi.
