Very quiet and dark. Stayed in a weeknight and it wasn’t crowded at all. Walking distance to the bay front district with lots of cool spots to check out.

Sign says 16 hour parking. There is a public bathroom. Great location to explore Newport and there is a brewery right by. Electric car charging station here too.

16 hour parking is awesome! But I’d recommend doing one of the other lots/spots around town for sleeping overnight. This one is on a steep hill and there aren’t many level spots.
