Cost is no longer free, came to stay but there is a sign that says as of 5/3/21 it is now $10 per night to stay. Seems like a decent park, but we did not stay since it wasn’t free.

We did not feel safe here. We attempted to stay here one night early December 2020. We arrived after dark and the town was quiet and there was no one at the camping park. We made dinner and while eating a car pulls up, stops a few meter away, shines their headlights towards us and just stands there several minutes before slowly driving away and out of the park. We did not feel safe so we left immediately and slept at a rest stop along 90 instead. This might be a great spot during camping friendlier weather when other people are there too.
