Many spaces were open(easy to park a long van or short bus) Quick Uber ride to the downtown bars. Didn’t have any issues parking overnight. Very convenient and will come back to this area to visit. Seems like a safe area, couple blocks from Vanderbilt

I had just moved to Nashville but had housing plans fall through, so I started living in my van. I was a little nervous at first, but this spot provided a nice sanctuary to rest un-disturbed. Everyone kept to themselves and, besides the occasional coming and goings of fellow wanderers, it was relatively quiet. Good place to park if you’re traveling or down on your luck.
