Super close to downtown - spent the night on the street outside of the designated parking lots then used the parking lots during the day while I worked. Great view, close to downtown, restrooms under the walking bridge, but it is a little loud so be prepared for that.

Spent a second night here but this time some of the parking lots had open gates. Lot L is the only one without permit parking signs but it looks like Lot R is also used overnight. There is a lot of construction happening on the other side of the river, so many of the construction workers park in these lots then cross the bridge so expect some traffic throughout the night as they start/end shifts. I saw a camper trailer spend the night as well. Cars are in and out all day and night so hard for anyone to know how long you’ve been there. Stealth campers would be best.

Lot R is the only one we could confirm is open for free 24-hour parking when not a game day. Brightly lit and portapotties nearby. People around late and early but nothing too sketchy. Very convenient to downtown Nashville with the pedestrian bridge just next door.
