Stayed over Easter weekend. Quite a few campers but quiet after 10 pm. Very pretty place with many campsites. Most sites have tent pads but large rigs won't have terrible finding a spot. Lots of fishing and boating.

Nice free camping spot along the water. Numerous camp sites large enough for bigger rigs. I arrived on a Wed afternoon and it was probably 40% full. Left on a Sat and only about 70% full. Great sunrise and sunset views. Bathrooms are porta potties but clean enough.

Showed up on a Saturday around noon. Place was packed. Still a hand full of spots open. With as many people here was surprised how quite it was at night. Place cleared out sunday/monday. Would stay here again. Porta potty's on site.

Very scenic and indeed free. Some rumors of being closed on other apps but the gate was open for us. Might be a seasonal thing. Right along the water no matter what spot you pick. Somewhat crowded even on a Thursday but not terrible. I can see weekends or holidays being impossible here though. Absolutely no consideration for leave no trace. Really a bummer to see so much shattered glass mixed in with the dirt and gravel. Do your part and pick up more than just your own trash.
