Jul 6, 2021 - A member has reported the water spigot is locked.
There is a stainless steel pipe coming out of the ground with a drinking fountain on the top and a spicket down below to fill jigs.
The spicket also has threads so you could use a long hose (~50ft) to fill directly to your rig.

Faucet by the bridge is unlocked. Has great water pressure and filled my two Sox gallon jugs in minutes.
