Officially sanctioned by the Tamarack. Services provided at the adjoining service Plaza. Security does a round around 11 PM. Quiet.

The services listed here are at the truck stop down the hill. When we were there, there were no others in the lot. In the morning, there were four other RVs and vans. Nothing fancy but it's a perfect place to park and sleep for free. Also lots of greenspace for pups.

Convenient, quiet, and safe. Next to Beckley travel plaza and Tamarack. Well lit with plenty of places to walk the dog. Slight slope to the parking area but not really enough to require leveling.
