The city allows you to park for 3 night or you can tent camp in the well-kept park across the street.

One of the best city campgrounds in the world and should be celebrated as a model for how towns can embrace nomads and vanlifers.
Wish every city did this! 3 night limit in this gorgeous park filled with green grass and huge trees. Nice clean restrooms as well. Right by the river
Yes very clean the women’s bathroom was very clean ! Meet some very friendly van lifers! McManus park (has wildlife to see ! I saw a beautiful Doe) also connected across the path and a very nice stream to swim in if you are a cold-water bather lol FREE overnight camping for 3 nights! Great small little town of Lander locals very friendly especially enjoyed talking with the local Shawnee native tribe folks! Amazing history!
